The first thing he tells every recruit

This isn't normal.

Cade says it to every guy who asks about door to door. His first year wasn't normal. His team wasn't normal either.

Most people who try this never come close to these numbers, and a lot of them quit in the first two weeks. We show the numbers so you can see what real training and real work can do. Nobody gets handed them.

We think our rookies are the best trained in the industry. This summer we believe we proved it. Next summer we plan to prove it again.

Who he is

Two years in Rio. Then the doors.

Cade grew up around entrepreneurs. Before his mission, his dad ran a monthly mastermind for Cade and his friends. Over 15 months they heard from 22 different speakers, from business owners to guys who flew in on their own jets. What surprised him was how little they talked about money, and how much they talked about God, discipline and family.

Then he served a two-year mission in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He learned Portuguese the slow way, worked in the favelas and the beach towns, and once fell waist-deep into a sewer while mowing a member's lawn. He says the mission set the tone for everything after it.

“I learned to work even when I didn't feel like it. I learned to love people before I understood them.”Cade, from his homecoming talk

Summer 2026 was his first summer knocking doors. He put in 138 days, did $355K in serviced revenue himself, and built a rookie team that earned Momentum's Top Rookie Builder Award.

Faith, health, mind, relationships, money. The team's rule is simple: don't get rich in one and go bankrupt in the other four.

The team standard

Conquer

Victims focus too much on the past.

Survivors focus too much on the future and wait for things to get better.

Conquerors learn from the past, borrow from the future, and act in the present.

It isn't about conquering other people. It's about conquering yourself: the excuse, the fear, the broken promise, the urge to quit when it gets hard. The hardest person you'll ever have to lead is yourself.

C

Choose your hard

Discipline is hard. Regret is hard. Being broke is hard. You don't get to avoid hard. You just get to choose which one.

O

Own everything

Your effort, your attitude, your mistakes, your results. Some excuses are true. Own the response anyway.

N

Next door

Bad pitch, lost sale, rough morning. Don't let the last door steal the next one.

Q

Quit negotiating with yourself

Once you decide, stop reopening it because it got uncomfortable. If you said 1:00, it's 1:00.

U

Uphold your word

Do what you say you'll do, when you said you'd do it. Especially the promises to yourself nobody else knows about.

E

Earn your confidence

Confidence comes from evidence. Keep enough promises to yourself and you start trusting yourself.

R

Raise the room

The first six build you. In the car, at the house, in the meeting, you're either raising the room or draining it.

Built, not given

The check isn't the asset. The ability you built to earn it is.

Keep your word. Earn your confidence. Become hard to beat.

The gifts are given. What you build with them is on you.

The Conquer framework comes from The Game of Conquering, Rob Sperry's book on mental toughness. Rob coaches. Cade and the team are the ones playing.

Summer 2027

Year two. Lead from the front.

Personal goal Golden Door

Cade's personal sales target for year two is Sam Taggart's Golden Door award, one of the biggest honors in door to door. He hasn't won it yet. That's the point.

Team goal $6M team

A $6 million team in pest control. Numbers across the industry are hard to compare, but we believe that would be one of the best second years any team has put up.

You don't need experience. You need to show up, keep your word, and be coachable. Tell us about you and someone from the team will reach out.

Revenue figures on this page are sales revenue (serviced or downline), not take-home pay. They are not typical. Most people who try door-to-door sales earn far less, and many quit early. Your results depend on your effort, skill, territory, and many other factors. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of income.
